Collaboration and the relationship between therapist and patient is a key element to affecting change and growth. Working together we can make meaningful and lasting changes with relation to improving relationships, making desired lifestyle or behavioral changes, and reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety, as well as personal growth.
I use an integrative approach to therapy that is strength-based positive psychology. Treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness based stress reduction, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Family Systems interventions.
I work collaboratively with associated fields including psychiatry, educational therapy, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and alternative/holistic therapies.
